VP, Customer Success at Click-Ins

Yuval Danieli is the VP of Customer Success at Click-Ins. Prior to joining Click-Ins, Yuval spent three years as the VP of Customer Success at Secret Double Octopus, where they were responsible for building and leading the Customer Success, Customer Support, Delivery, and Sales Engineering functions. During their time at Secret Double Octopus, Yuval was able to improve LTV/CAC, Retentions, NRR, CSAT, and support KPIs.

Yuval has a deep understanding of what it takes to ensure a frictionless and successful customer journey. Yuval has extensive experience working with multiple stakeholders, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance. This experience has led to an increase in adoption, retention, and Growth.

In addition to their work with customers, Yuval has also spent a significant amount of time working with partners. Yuval has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to onboard, certify, and enable partners to drive growth.

Finally, Yuval has also spent time recruiting, mentoring, and coaching employees. Yuval believes that by helping employees have better interactions, bring more value (internally and externally), and be successful within the company, they can help Click-Ins reach its full potential.

Yuval Danieli is an instructor who has taught 70 different subjects empowering school students. Yuval is also a coach and has been certified from Novell in CNE and from pmsphere in Professional Customer Success Manager.
