Beck Arruda

Beck Arruda has a diverse work experience ranging from being a Volunteer Math Tutor at Pinkerton Academy to Senior Research Associate at Climax Foods. Beck's most recent role was at Pfizer, where they worked as an Associate Scientist, Automation and a Plasmid Technical Operations II. Before that, Beck was an Undergraduate Researcher in Heart Biomechanics Lab at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Beck was also an Undergraduate Researcher in Preventing Bacterial Biofilms at iGEM Competition and a Web Content Manager at Nutfield Publishing.

Beck Arruda attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in both Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, as well as in Humanities and Arts with a focus on Modern Languages.
