Jack S.

Jack S. has a varied work experience. In 2016, they were the President and Co-Founder of the Funding the Future Foundation. In 2017, they were a Geospatial Intelligence Researcher at George Mason University, where they utilized Python's data analysis and machine learning packages to analyze large travel datasets and develop a spatiotemporal traffic volume prediction model. Jack published a research paper to the ACM SIGMOD International conference as first author. In 2018, they were an Analyst at FC Barcelona, where they analyzed a physics-based attacker-defender model to simulate and visualize 1v1 dribbling scenarios from five games of provided FC Barcelona data. Jack also had internships at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Inc. as a Data Analytics and Cognitive Autonomy Intern, Home Partners of America as a Data Analytics Intern, and SimpleBet as a Data Science Intern. In 2019, they were a Cloud-scale ML Acceleration and Software Engineering Intern at Annapurna labs for Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2021, they were an AI Engineer at the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab. Currently, they are a Data Scientist at Climax Foods.

Jack S. attended Hayfield Secondary from 2013 to 2017 and graduated with an Advanced High School Diploma. Jack then attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science. Jack S. continued their education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained a Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence in 2022.
