Erika Schiller

SVP, Project Development at ClimeCo

Erika Schiller is currently the VP of Project Development at ClimeCo. Erika has over fifteen years of experience in commercial strategy development and project management.

Erika started their career at Accenture in 2006 as a Talent and Organizational Performance Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for leading change management efforts for multinational companies moving to new computer systems, as well as process improvement tools to shorten lead time and increase employee satisfaction. In 2011, they authored a successful proposal to sell a welfare technology system to a US state government for a contract worth more than $10 million.

In 2012, Erika joined Chevron as a Commercial Advisor for New Energies. In this role, they were responsible for leading the global commercial strategy development to grow a Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) business line. Erika also engaged with customers to develop investment and partnership opportunities, and developed strategic communications for the Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and internal alignment.

Erika’s experience in both the private and public sector make their an expert in commercial strategy and project management. Her ability to develop successful proposals and lead teams through complex projects has resulted in millions of dollars in savings for their previous employers.

Erika Schiller has an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BS from Vanderbilt University. Her educational career has focused on operations, marketing, and engineering science.
