Jumai Niagwan's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

In 2013, Jumai worked as a Legal Intern at Streamsowers Kohn and Motolani Akinlusi & Co, where they supported associates and partners in legal research and trial preparation. Jumai also proposed long-term solutions to client legal issues and designed a prototype for a recognition and reward model for the firm.

From 2014 to 2015, Jumai was the Content & Web Presence Lead at Jumia Nigeria, where they were responsible for managing business operations and overseeing the company's online content.

In 2016, Jumai joined Sahara Group as a Graduate Management Trainee and later became a Business Analyst Officer at Ikeja Electric Distribution Company, a Sahara Group company, from 2016 to 2018. Jumai then served as a Business Analyst Supervisor at Asharami Synergy, another Sahara Group company, from 2018 to 2022.

Since 2022, Jumai has been working as an Onboarding Specialist at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology.

Overall, Jumai has gained extensive experience in legal research, business operations, content management, and business analysis throughout their career.

Jumai Niagwan obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from the University of Leicester, graduating in 2011. In 2008, Jumai attended Bridge House College and completed a University Foundation Programme in Law. Afterward, Jumai pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, completing the program in 2012. Following this, Jumai attended the Nigerian Law School in 2012-2013 to further study Law.

In terms of additional certifications, Jumai completed a course in Data-driven Decision Making from Coursera Certified Courses in October 2020. In July 2020, Jumai obtained the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ certification from IIBA. Jumai also earned the Certified Business Analyst certification from Meirc Training and Consulting in July 2019.
