Sr. Director, Customer Support at Clio

Sibu Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sibu is currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Support at Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company. Prior to that, Sibu held the same position at BitSight from 2019 to 2022.

From 2015 to 2019, Sibu worked at Constant Contact, where they took on various roles including Senior Director of Customer Operations, Director of Customer Retention & Billing, and Senior Manager of Customer Retention & Billing. During their time at Constant Contact, they managed teams responsible for social/community, knowledge base, and tier 3/VOC support.

Before joining Constant Contact, Sibu was employed at TripAdvisor from 2008 to 2014. Sibu served as the Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Customer Support, and also held a managerial position in content management.

Sibu's earlier career includes a role as the Manager of Travel Services at eClinicalWorks, a position they held from 2007 to 2008. Sibu also worked as a Mediator/Investigator at the New York Office of the Attorney General from 2005 to 2006.

Other notable experiences include serving as a Travel Services Specialist at Priceline.com in 2004, and as a Web Content Associate/System Administration Intern at Amadeus from 2002 to 2004. Sibu also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sovereign Bank of New England in 2001 and as a Passenger Service Agent at Air France from 2000 to 2001.

Sibu Thomas attended UMass Boston from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
