Laura Milazzo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Laura started their career as a Travel Advisor in multiple travel agencies from 2002 to 2011. Laura then worked as a Sales Promoter at T.F.M. Srl from 2005 to 2007. After that, they joined Coupobox, a start-up Daily Deals company, as an Online Marketing Assistant, where they focused on growing the affiliate partner portfolio and enhancing sales through online media buying and marketing activities. Laura also worked as a Marketing Manager at Loco Connect, a start-up organizing tradeshows in the e-commerce and digital innovation field. In this role, they managed affiliate partnerships, online marketing, and conducted market and competitor analysis. Laura then joined FuturPlast as a Sales & Marketing Manager.

In 2013, Laura joined TravelBird as an Online Marketeer, where they were responsible for the online marketing activities and revenue performances of the Italian website. Laura also had a temporary role as the Country Manager for Italy, where they elaborated the marketing strategy, coordinated operations, and managed a team of six. Laura left TravelBird in 2015 to join CLIQ Digital as a Sales Manager, where they managed portfolio affiliates and developed digital projects for key accounts, creating end-to-end conversion funnels for mobile content premium services. Laura also worked as an Affiliate Sales Coordinator, assisting the Sales Director and managing their own portfolio of affiliate accounts.

In 2018, Laura joined Tornika, a subsidiary of CLIQ Digital, as a Senior Affiliate Manager, where they were responsible for managing affiliate partnerships and publishers for user acquisition of premium subscription services with Credit Card billing. Laura then returned to CLIQ Digital in 2019 as a Campaign Manager, translating CLIQ's proposition into digital marketing campaign plans and funnels. Within CLIQ Digital, Laura held roles as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and Lead Digital Marketing Specialist, responsible for ideating and implementing the digital marketing strategy across multiple markets and channels. Laura also took on additional responsibilities as a Campaign Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist for IT and the US market, and later expanded to more markets in the EU and LATAM region.

Laura Milazzo has a background in Business Management and Economics, as they studied at Parthenope University of Naples. Laura also obtained a degree in Tourism and Leisure from "G.Falcone" High School. In addition to their formal education, Laura has certifications in Google Ads Display and Google Measurements from Google.
