Miles Curry is a software engineer who currently works for Cloud Campaign. Prior to their current position, they worked as a software engineer for the National Center for Atmospheric Research from October 2018 to December 2021. Miles also interned for NASA's Space Grant program through Oregon State University from June 2017 to October 2018. In this role, they created forecasts using Matplotlib, Numpy, and scipy to generate visualization of models produced at Oregon State, NCEP and the NWS. Prior to their work in the atmospheric research field, Curry worked as a staff member at an indoor climbing center and a challenge course facilitator at Oregon State University from July 2016 to October 2018. Miles Curry has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with an option in Human Computer Interaction from Oregon State University. They are also certified as a Professonal Climbing Wall Instructore (CWI) and have certifications from the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support and CPR-PR with AED.
