Nic Widhalm has over 10 years of work experience in customer experience and client solutions. From 2016 to present, they have worked at Cloud Coach as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Vice President of Customer Experience, and Director of Client Solutions. In this role, they have overseen the creation, growth, and scaling of each department, the initiation and tracking of core metrics, and year-over-year improvement on NRR, GRR, and net logo retention. Nic has also led the Customer Success department, including the movement toward a proactive customer approach to drive positive NRR and amazing client experiences. Nic has also led the Client Solutions department, including building and maintaining Cloud Coach client environments and managing Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Manager's key performance metrics, as well as created the new professional services department and developed processes for deploying enterprise solutions on the Salesforce. com platform. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2016, Nic Widhalm worked at American Wedding Group as Manager of Regional Services. In this role, they headed up the team that drove customization and adoption of the AWG Services program. The team was tasked with ensuring proper CRM and LMS training, and implemented software solutions, sales programs, and services within the Greater Colorado region. Nic improved user adoption by 110% in 2015, and 177% in 2016.

Nic Widhalm obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Colorado State University. In June 2016, they were certified as a Platform App Builder by Salesforce.
