Sina Schroth

Sina Schroth has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as an Auszubildende Kauffrau im Gesundheitswesen at Die Techniker in 2010 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Sina worked at Die Techniker as an HR Specialist & Management Assistant. Between 2015 and 2017, they served as a Social Security Law Specialist- Sachbearbeiter Sozialversicherung - Mitgliedschaft & Beiträge at Die Techniker. In 2017, Sina joined TUI as a Reiseleitung/ Destination Representative/ Tour Guide and held this position until 2020. They then transitioned into an HR Specialist role at Bundesagentur für Arbeit from July 2020 to December 2020. Following that, Sina worked as an HR Specialist/People Operations Specialist at GKV-Spitzenverband from December 2020 to December 2021. In 2022, they joined Wildling Shoes as a People&Culture Specialist /People Operations Specialist and currently work at Cloudreach, an Atos company as a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist.

Sina Schroth's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaft und Management (Business Administration) from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which they completed from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, they enrolled in FernUniversität in Hagen to pursue a Zertifikatskurs (Certificate Course) in Umweltwissenschaften (Environmental Sciences), which they are currently pursuing.

Lastly, in March 2022, they obtained the SheCodes Basics- Introduction to Coding certification from SheCodes.
