Solange Ackrill

Solange Ackrill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Solange started their career at Maple Leaf Foods as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and later held positions at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they worked as a Senior Director in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Development and Planning, and Strategic Planning and Analytics. Solange also worked at Walmart Canada as a Senior Director for Private Brands and Packaging. Solange has held leadership roles in multiple organizations, including Club Coffee, where they served as the Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Strategy. Solange has also been actively involved in various industry associations and councils, such as the Coffee Association of Canada, US Composting Council, PAC Central Leadership Council, Provision Coalition Inc, and the Biodegradable Products Institute. Solange has also worked as a Consultant, specializing in Strategy and Innovation.

Solange Ackrill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queen's University. In 2012, they completed an Executive Leadership Program - LCL at the Schulich School of Business - York University, specializing in the HIPo program.
