Rebecca Vibert-Ward has worked in the customer service industry since 2004. Rebecca began their career at NHS as a Team Manager, then moved to Beacon Health Options as a Team Leader in 2016. In 2018, they became the Head of Customer Support at SPORTLABS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Currently, they are the Head Of Customer Service at ClubSpark, where they lead the customer service teams in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US.

Rebecca Vibert-Ward attended Oxford Brookes University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a BSc (hons) in Occupational Therapy. From 2011 to 2012, they attended King's College London and earned a Post grad in CBT. Rebecca then attended UCL from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Post graduate in Child mental health. Finally, they attended Anna Freud from 2015 to 2016, where they earned an Interpersonal Psychotherapist degree.
