Michelle Gaffney

Michelle Gaffney has over a decade of experience in human resources and business operations, currently serving as Head of Group HR Operations at CluneTech since February 2014, where previous roles included Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Officer, and Business Development Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions at Bank of Ireland as a Customer Service Representative and at Heat Merchants Group, where roles comprised Assistant Manager and Sales Executive. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, along with diplomas in Employment Law and Leadership and Management from Technological University Dublin and Technological University of the Shannon, respectively, complemented by a Higher Certificate in Business from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
