Isabelle Campbell, an Associate member of CIPD, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR - Group Operations at Phoenix Group, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a Group-wide People Strategy and leading various HR initiatives. With a career spanning over a decade, Isabelle has held numerous HR and strategic roles, including positions at ReAssure and Swiss Re Life Capital, where strategic management and alignment with business objectives were key focuses. Currently pursuing advanced leadership education through the Chartered Management Institute and Imperial Business School, Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of York and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management.
