Tommy Zhang

Tommy Zhang has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Tommy began their career in 2003 as a HR Specialist at UPS. In 2007, they moved to ArcelorMittal as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2017, they joined WuXi Biologics as a TA Director. In 2020, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at CMAB Biopharma, where they were responsible for the three-pillar construction of human resources, related allowance processes, and the formulation of corporate HC regulations and salary budgets. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Senior Director of Human Resources at Forecyte Bio Limited.

Tommy Zhang attended Nanhua University in China from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Economy.
