Diana Fischer

Senior Associate - Providing Services To Novartis Oncology at CMK Select

Diana Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Diana started their career at Bayer as a Brand Manager for consumer products, where they managed various brands and was responsible for strategic planning and new product development. Diana then worked at Aircast as a Product Manager in the orthopedics field before joining ConvaTec as a Product Manager for wound and surgical therapeutics. At ConvaTec, Diana successfully introduced a wound care brand into the physician market and created sales materials to effectively communicate with medical professionals.

After their time at ConvaTec, Diana worked as a Marketing Manager for Saint Patrick School, where they handled public relations, marketing, and advertising for a private education institution. Diana led the development of a tagline, mission statement, and brand identity, and also oversaw the creation of marketing materials, a custom website, and social media marketing.

Diana then transitioned to JOLT! Marketing & Communications as a Contracted Brand Manager for Novartis. In this role, they worked closely with the Global Multiple Myeloma team, leading the roll-out of digital projects, managing agency relationships, and providing support for marketing asset updates. Diana also handled the approval process for materials and events and coordinated on-site activities for healthcare professional touchpoints.

Following their time at JOLT!, Diana joined CMK Select as a Senior Engagement Lead. Diana took on various roles within the company, including serving as a Senior Associate providing services to Novartis Oncology. In this capacity, Diana acted as a Medical Expert Engagement Lead for global hematology, executing engagement plans and providing consulting on approval and contracting processes. Diana also served as a Global Launch Project Manager for a melanoma combination therapy launch, overseeing coordination and timelines for global, regional, and country activities, as well as medical expert engagements.

Most recently, Diana joined Evergreen Theragnostics as the Director of Marketing, starting in 2023.

Diana Fischer holds a BA degree in Psychobiology from Mount Holyoke College. Diana further pursued their education at the Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they earned an MBA degree with a focus on Strategy and Marketing.
