Susan Starcovic is a Research Scientist and Project Director at CNA Corporation, specializing in energy, environmental impacts, and resilience strategies for government partners. With experience as an Energy Analyst Fellow at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Susan contributed to research on renewable energy integration and regulatory investigations. Previous roles include serving as an Actuary at USAA and as an Actuarial Analyst at CBIZ, focusing on economic modeling and risk analysis. In addition to current responsibilities as Secretary on the Executive Board of the Maryland Military and Civilian Spouses' Club, Susan holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics - Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University.
