Electra Bustle

Electra has spent her career as a leader in state and local government as well as assisting public sector clients in government relations. Electra spent much of her career in Florida where she held several diverse public safety positions. She started at the Florida Sheriff’s Association as a Deputy General Counsel then moved to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office where she was the General Counsel. She also became law enforcement certified and was appointed as a Major, leading a division of the Sheriff’s Office. After leaving the Sheriff’s Office she was appointed as an Assistant Commissioner with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and then appointed by the Governor and Cabinet as the Executive Director of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. After leaving public service, she became a partner with The Southern Group where she provided government relations services to a diverse group of public sector clients. She has her BA from University of Pennsylvania and JD from Florida State University, College of Law. Electra and her family live in Denver-Metro, Colorado.
