Ronaldo Silva is a PMP and MBA with extensive work experience in project management and software engineering. Ronaldo began their career at Montreal Oficial in 1998 as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2008, they worked at Amil as a Software Engineer and Project Manager. In 2008, they joined UBS Investment Bank as a Software Engineer and Business Analyst, and then moved to BTG Pactual in 2009 with the same roles. In 2010, Ronaldo joined GSK as a Project Manager in Business Intelligence. Ronaldo then transitioned to BP in 2011, where they served as a Financial Planning Manager until 2017. From 2020 to 2022, Ronaldo worked at Redstage as a Project Manager and PMO Sr. Associate. Currently, they are working at Codelitt as a Senior Project Manager. In 1998, they pursued a Specialization in Computer Software Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Continuing their education, in 2002, they enrolled at Estácio to pursue post-graduation in Project Management, which they completed in 2004.

In 2006, Ronaldo attended Instituto Infnet, where they completed a Specialization in Computer Software Engineering. A year later, in 2007, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Strategy, Financial Planning & Marketing at COPPEAD UFRJ. In 2012, they further enhanced their Project Management skills by completing a Specialization at The George Washington University School of Business.

Ronaldo Silva is also a certified professional. In 2014, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they hold the SFPC (Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate) from CertiProf, which they obtained in June 2020, and the SFC (Scrum Fundamentals Certified) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, earned in January 2019.
