Zac Goddard has a diverse work experience in the field of game development and product management. Zac most recently worked at Codices as the Head of Product, starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Lead Front End Developer at the same company from July 2018 to September 2020.

Before joining Codices, Zac was a Co-founder & Lead Games Engineer at Falmouth Launchpad, a games development studio they co-founded. Zac successfully pitched and presented the company to investors and secured partnerships with leading IP holders. Zac effectively led and managed a team of 14 to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Their role at Falmouth Launchpad lasted from May 2017 to July 2018.

Zac also gained valuable experience as a Game Designer & Developer at Gwari Games from September 2015 to May 2016. Zac contributed to the creation of a full game experience in a team of 7 students and developed their games programming skills.

Earlier in their career, Zac worked as the Lead Game Designer at Galactic Slothware from September 2014 to September 2015. Zac led a team of 8 students in the development and delivery of a full game, overseeing sprint and agile methodologies. Zac also played a role in designing levels and puzzles, as well as creating 3D environmental assets.

Zac Goddard pursued their education at Falmouth University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Digital Games: Design from 2014 to 2017. Zac later went on to pursue a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the same university from 2017 to 2018.
