Paola Mazzoleni

Paola Mazzoleni has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Paola is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Coesia S.p.A. since January 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Tenaris, including Chief Human Resources Officer from 2016 to 2022. Paola also served as the VP Human Resources USA from 2013 to 2015, Human Resources Director - Europe from 2012 to 2013, and Human Resources Director - Eastern Europe & CIS from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as the TenarisUniversity regional manager from 2006 to 2008 and as the Global Trainee Program Coordinator from 2005 to 2006. Paola Mazzoleni started their career as a Recruitment & Selection Analyst at Tenaris in 2001.

Paola Mazzoleni has a diverse education history. In 2016, they attended Columbia Business School, focusing on Finance and Accounting for the Nonfinancial Executive. Prior to that, they participated in an Advanced Human Resources Executive course at the University of Michigan in 2013. Paola holds a University Degree in Philosophy from Università di Pavia, which they obtained between 1995 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from PAVIA, State University during the same time period. Paola also attended BERGAMO High School on Psychology & Pedagogy from 1990 to 1995.
