Andrew Patterson

Andrew is the Change Management lead. His experience comes through both large transformation programs and agile delivery. With years of experience acting as both a scrum master in traditional agile programmes, and as a 'master' scrum master in a scaled agile environment, he helps deliver change while supporting the required learning and coaching that is required for true business change. His strengths include data analysis, process mapping, agile development and stakeholder management.
