Swapnil Bidve

Swapnil Bidve has extensive experience in sales and business development, primarily in the insurance industry. From 2022, they serve as the Head - Sales and Marketing at CogniSure, where they are responsible for building a sales team and establishing partnerships with clients for their SaaS platform. Prior to this, Swapnil worked at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech for over 15 years. In their role as Director & Client Partner - US Midwest, they managed a portfolio of insurance/lending clients, focusing on problem-solving and fostering long-term business relationships. Swapnil also served as a Business Development Manager in North America, successfully securing large deals and promoting business transformation initiatives. Earlier in their career, Swapnil was the PreSales Leader for the Insurance Practice at LTI in India. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in leveraging technology and domain knowledge to drive sales and deliver improved client outcomes.

Swapnil Bidve holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on IT from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. Prior to that, Swapnil completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University. Additionally, Swapnil has obtained an Insurance Certification (Ins 21) from AICPCU.
