Piyal Malhotra

Piyal Malhotra is an experienced professional in talent development and training, currently serving as Director of Global Talent Development at Cognizant since April 2021. Previously, Piyal held the position of Vice President at Citibank N.A. from January 2011 to April 2021, and served as Chief Manager at Kotak Life Insurance Company Pvt Ltd, overseeing Learning & Development for Tied Sales in North and UP. Piyal also worked as Senior Manager at Samsung Electronics, focusing on instructional design, and as Manager of Training at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Piyal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Hansraj College, attended from 1999 to 2001, and completed education at S.T. Xaviers School in Bokaro Steel City.
