Cressida began their professional journey in 2007 at The London Football Association Limited, where they served as a Governance Administrator & Competitions Co-ordinator until 2012. Following that, they joined Rivington Street Studio as a Practice Manager/EA, providing comprehensive support to the company directors and ensuring smooth office operations. In 2019, Cressida took up the position of an Office Manager at Cortland, where they managed office activities until 2023.
