Santipap Chauykleang has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Santipap started their career in 2005 with Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for controlling SMT A/I, H/I, and T/U processes. Santipap provided failure analysis for PCBA repairs and collaborated with various departments to ensure production line efficiency.

In 2006, Santipap joined Sono Electronics Poland as a Project Engineer, where they successfully set up and controlled production for a new plant. Santipap installed new machines and established production lines from SMT to Packaging. Santipap also conducted PCBA analysis and provided feedback to the SMT department in Thailand.

Moving forward, Santipap joined Fabrinet in 2008 as a Process Engineer, specializing in EDFA/MIM products with the Oclaro team. Santipap was responsible for production, process debugging, and ensuring manufacturing support activities. Santipap also supported MRB activities and provided repair and analysis feedback at the PCBA level.

In 2011, they joined Emerson Process Management as a Manufacturing Engineer. Santipap'sroles included auditing CMs in Malaysia, supporting risk mitigation projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve cost reduction. Santipap also worked as a Manufacturing NPI Engineer, supporting new product introductions and coordinating activities between different teams.

From 2015 to 2020, Santipap worked at HP as an Engineering Specialist. Santipap designed engineering solutions, developed cost estimates and time standards, and collaborated with internal and outsourced manufacturing partners to ensure process compliance and problem resolution.

In 2020, they joined Tymphany as an NPI and Process Engineering Manager. Santipap held this position until 2022, overseeing the management of new product introductions and process engineering.

Most recently, Santipap joined Fabrinet in 2022 as an Engineering Manager. In this role, they managed engineering activities and contributed to the success of the company.

Currently, Santipap Chauykleang works at Quantifi Photonics as a Director of Engineering, a position they assumed in 2023.

Santipap Chauykleang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications on various topics such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
