Sunny Shah

Sunny Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sunny is currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Global Head - Talent Transformation at Collabera Digital. In addition, they hold positions as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management and an Advisor to the Board of Studies at RK University. Prior to their current roles, Sunny worked at Cognixia as Vice President and Associate Vice President, where they built and headed the training line of business. Sunny also played a significant role at World Leadership Federation as the Head, where they led global events and recognized excellence in leadership capabilities. Before that, Sunny was instrumental in establishing the Training line of business for Collabera as a Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, and they also served as a Team Lead at Collabera in Audit & Compliance. Prior to their roles at Collabera, they worked at John Lewis as a Section Manager, gaining experience in various retail operations.

Sunny Shah has a postgraduate degree in Management Studies from London International School, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Sunny also holds a Bachelor's degree from Sigma Institute Of Technology, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Sunny'shigh school education was completed at Baroda High School, where they studied Science from 1988 to 2003. In terms of certifications, Sunny has obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from Concept Business Excellence and has additional certifications in various fields such as AI, Scrum, remote office organization, and IT service management.
