Stefany Scliopou

Stefany Scliopou, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefany currently holds the position of Director of Graduate and Continuing Education Admission at the College of Our Lady of the Elms, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an HCC Academic Advisor and an Online Adjunct Instructor at the same institution. Stefany also held the roles of Assistant Director of Graduate Admission and MBA Program Coordinator at the College of Our Lady of the Elms from 2019 to 2022 and from 2015 to 2019, respectively.

Before joining the College of Our Lady of the Elms, Stefany worked as the Director of Sales & Catering at the Clarion Hotel & Aqua Lagoon Water Park from 2014 to 2015. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Senior Sales Manager at Hampshire Hospitality Group. Additionally, Stefany participated in a Sales Mission as a Sales Mission Participant at Fire Starter Brands in 2013. Stefany started their career as a Catering/Sales Manager at the Holiday Inn Springfield in 2007 and also worked as a Sales/Marketing Assistant (seasonal) at The Big E in the same year.

Stefany Scliopou earned their MBA in Management from Elms College between 2016 and 2018. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at the American College of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2007, with a focus on Sports/Entertainment/Event Management. Stefany also studied Hospitality Administration/Management at Johnson & Wales University from 2003 to 2007, and spent a semester studying abroad in Australia at Johnson & Wales. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Green Belt and Yellow Belt through GoLeanSixSigma.com.
