Kara W. Drane

Kara W. Drane, AICP has an extensive background in the field of planning and development. Kara W. has held various roles including Senior Project Manager at Colliers Engineering & Design, Senior Planner at Catawba Regional Council of Governments, Planning Director at Forrest County, and Planning Administrator at City of Hattiesburg. Kara's experience includes overseeing a wide range of planning projects in the North and South Carolina regions. Kara W. obtained their B.S. in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Southern Mississippi. Additionally, Kara served on the American Planning Association Board of Directors from May 2012 to December 2019.
