Mike Peeler

Mike Peeler is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Associate Director of Cybersecurity Architecture at Collins Aerospace since August 2023. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Senior Director of IT Security Systems at Home Point Financial from November 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing security operations, engineering, and identity and access management for over 3,500 identities and endpoints. At Brierley+Partners, from April 2018 to November 2020, Mike was the Senior Director of IT and Security, overseeing a broad range of IT and security functions. Earlier in their career at CBRE, Mike served as Vice President of Information Technology - Cyber Defense & Assurance, providing leadership for global security operations, and held various roles that advanced from individual contributor to management. Mike’s career began at the University of North Texas as a Computer Support Specialist. Mike holds an Associate of Arts degree from Dallas College.
