Lauren Doherty has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR systems, talent management, remuneration, and training. Lauren began their career as a Recruitment Officer at Suncorp Group in 2007 and went on to hold various roles in the company, including Project Coordinator, where they supported the delivery of several certified agreements. Lauren also served as a Reward Analyst, contributing to the design and implementation of a new Group-wide Reward Strategy and Framework. In their role as a Reward Advisor, they provided strategic and operational remuneration and benefits advice and supported the delivery of the Annual Reward and Performance Review for 6000 employees. Lauren then joined Super Retail Group as an HRIS and Programme Manager before moving to Cement Australia, where they worked as an HR Systems Lead and later as an HR Manager, focusing on systems, talent, remuneration, and training. Most recently, they served as a People Experience Project Manager at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen before joining Collins Foods Limited as the Head of HR Shared Services in November 2022.

Lauren Doherty attended The University of Queensland from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
