Ginger C. Coyle, MSOD, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Most recently, they serve as the Executive Director of Talent & Culture at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at General Dynamics Mission Systems as the Senior Manager of Learning & Organization Development from 2019 to 2020, and as the Senior Principal of Organization Development from 2015 to 2018. Ginger C. also held the position of HR Lead Specialist of Organization Development at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems from 2007 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Ginger worked at Chevy Chase Bank as the Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations from 2002 to 2007, and as the Management Development Specialist from 1999 to 2002. Ginger C. began their career as a Special Education Teacher in public and private schools from 1986 to 1994. Throughout their career, Ginger has demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and learning and development.

Ginger C. Coyle, MSOD holds a Masters of Science degree in Organization Development from American University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Virginia from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Ginger has also attained certifications such as the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
