Eric Cahoy

Eric Cahoy has a strong background in the food industry, with significant experience in operations and management roles. Eric currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Colorado Premium, a position they began in April 2020. Prior to this, Eric worked as a self-employed consultant from January 2019 to April 2020. Before that, they held various roles at JBS, starting in 1998. These roles included Head of Case Ready Grd Beef Operations, Head of Trim Sales and Pricing, Head of Operations, Director of Trim Sales and Pricing, and Plant GM and Production Manager. Eric began their career at IBP Inc. in 1986, where they worked as a supervisor and eventually became an Operations Manager until leaving in 1998.

Eric Cahoy earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Dakota, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
