Bruce Weinberg

Bruce Weinberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bruce started their career as the CEO and Founder of Business Systems Solutions Inc. (BSSi), where they grew the firm from a sole proprietorship to a 32-person firm with $8M in revenue. Bruce then moved on to Convergent Communications, where they served as the Director of the Midwest Region and later as the Vice President of Systems Integration & Professional Services. At NCH, they held the position of Chief Information Officer and later became the Director of Strategic Planning. Weinberg then worked at American Leather as the COO & CFO, overseeing various departments and implementing an IT strategy. Currently, they hold multiple senior director positions at CMC, where they are responsible for strategic programs, IT governance, and global shared services. Throughout their career, Weinberg has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has successfully implemented various process improvement initiatives and IT solutions.

Bruce Weinberg attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
