Dana Olson

Dana Olson has extensive experience in IT support and service optimization, currently serving as the Director of IT Support and Service Optimization at CommonSpirit Health. Previously, Dana held the position of Director of IT Service Delivery for the Midwest region at Catholic Health Initiatives. Additional roles include ITSM Process Manager at Omaha Public Power District, Director of IT Services at Five Nines, and Senior Manager at Datavail. Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Wayne State College.
