Toby Roper

Toby Roper has a diverse work experience. Most recently, they have been working at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2021, starting as the Manager of Strategy and then progressing to Senior Manager and currently serving as the Deputy Director of Strategy for MassHealth (Medicaid). Prior to this, Toby worked at Innosight from 2017 to 2021, starting as an Analyst, then becoming an Associate, and finally holding the position of Senior Associate and Project Lead. Before that, Toby served as the President of the Harvard International Relations Council from 2016 to 2017. In 2015, they worked as a Parliamentary Intern for Greg Mulholland MP, where they conducted various tasks such as research, writing political briefing papers, drafting press releases, and resolving constituent casework. Toby also has experience in event planning and management as the Secretary-General of the Canadian High Schools Model UN from 2012 to 2013.

Toby Roper holds an A.B. Honors degree in Social Sciences from Harvard University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
