David Lane has extensive experience in human resources, spanning several companies and roles.
David most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union, starting in June 2022. David earned the Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management in 2012. In 2014, they obtained the Human Capital Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). David also holds the SHRM SCP certification from SHRM, obtained in February 2018. David has further certifications as a Certified Facilitator in Prosci Change Management Program and a Change Practitioner from Prosci. David is also a certified instructor in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
