Susan Swarts

Vice President, Customer Support at Community Brands

Susan Swarts has extensive experience in customer support roles. Susan started their career in 1997 as a Help Desk Coordinator at STCR Business Systems. Susan then worked as a Support Engineer at Pervasive Software before joining Inquisite, Inc. as a Software Support Specialist and later becoming a Software Support Lead. At Inquisite, Inc., they also held the positions of Customer Support Manager and Professional Services & Customer Support Manager. Susan then moved to GTECH, where they worked as a Service Support Manager. Susan continued their career at Blackbaud as a Manager of Product Support before joining Community Brands. At Community Brands, they have held various roles including Support Analyst, Customer Support Supervisor, Manager of Customer Support for Nonprofit Solutions, Senior Manager of Customer Support, Director of Customer Support, and currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Support.

Susan Swarts received an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Tompkins Cortland Community College. Susan also holds a certification as a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in February 2018.
