Amanda Barnes

Amanda Barnes has extensive experience in people development and talent management. Amanda currently holds the position of Director of People Development at the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the TMX Finance Family of Companies in various roles, including Director of People Development and Associate Director of Talent Management. In their role as Director of Talent Acquisition, Store Operations, Amanda was responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruiting for all store level candidates across the TMX Finance Family of Brands. Amanda also has experience as a Sales Coordinator at the Hilton Garden Inn, Savannah Midtown.

Amanda Barnes attended Kaskaskia College from 2000 to 2001, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General studies. Amanda then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Armstrong State University from 2002 to 2008.
