Toni Palma-Scardino

Toni Palma-Scardino, CEBS, is currently the Director of Benefits at Compass Minerals since July 2022. Prior to this role, Toni held the position of Manager of Benefits and Retirement at Compass Minerals from January 2014 to October 2022. With previous experience as a Benefit Manager at Ferrellgas and Saint Luke's Health System, Toni brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role. Toni holds a BSBA in Finance Economics from Rockhurst University and is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from The Wharton School.
