Nicole Wagner

Nicole Wagner has a diverse background in recruitment and education. Currently serving as Director of Talent Growth + Student Success at Chartwells Higher Ed within Compass Group USA, Nicole focuses on building intern talent pipelines, supporting student success sales initiatives, and planning and implementing internship programming. With previous experience in recruitment roles at companies such as US Airways and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Nicole has a strong background in recruiting qualified candidates on college campuses for various roles. Prior to their recruitment career, Nicole worked as a teacher at both Clark County School District and Duval County Public Schools. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida.
