Payman Khania

Payman Khania has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the food and hospitality industry. Payman began their career in 2001 as Director of National Openings at Levy Restaurants and later became a Regional Director at Rockit Ranch Productions. In 2007, they served as Vice President of Operations at Legacy Restaurants. From 2009 to 2013, they held positions as Regional Director and Director of Operations - California at Tavistock Freebirds. In 2015, they became President & COO at C Concepts | C CASA/Cate & Co./C Catering. Payman then joined Hook Burger in 2013 as Vice President of Operations and also became a Partner in 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as Vice President of Hospitality Strategy at Levy @ STAPLES Center & Microsoft Theater. Payman subsequently held leadership positions at Compass Group USA, including Vice President of Hospitality + Retail Strategy at Levy at Staples Center & Microsoft Theater and Senior Vice President of North America at Compass One at Amazon. Currently, Payman Khania serves as SVP of Global Strategy Operations at Compass One at Amazon.

Payman Khania attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
