Job description

We are looking to hire an ambitious, confident and experienced VP of brand & product marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and working closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) you will have worked with Sales and Product teams, with backgrounds ideally in B2B/E SaaS, Compliance, or Financial Services. 

As the Vice President of Brand and Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's brand identity and future look and feel. You will drive the marketing strategy for our diverse portfolio of products and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, promote product adoption, and accelerate revenue growth.

You and the team you lead will develop crisp, compelling, and differentiated messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning for the entire product and solution portfolio. You and your team will be experts on your buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria.

You'll get to work cross-functionally with the product teams, broader marketing team, and commercial team to connect the dots from the features of our products to their compelling business value to our customers and partners. Your input is invaluable to the success of ComplyAdvantage’s broader growth strategy, as the product marketing team delivers feedback to our next iterations of products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and product marketing strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets.
  • Define and communicate our brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all of ComplyAdvantage’s sales and marketing channels to effectively differentiate our brand and products in the market.
  • Lead a high-performing brand and product marketing team to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Craft engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers, and sales pitch materials that can be utilised globally.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Partner confidently and effectively with the product and commercial teams to evolve the go-to-market strategy and product success across all customer touchpoints.
  • Continually craft and review our overall product positioning and messaging. Educate internal teams about the value of our product to customers. Create communication plans that translate this into customer engagement and lead generation strategies.
  • Research competitors, customers and users to feed external insights into the product roadmap and marketing strategies. Be the customer champion in all Product and Strategy forums.

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing and brand-related marketing functions in the software industry
  • The personality and communication skills to engage, build relationships, and work effectively with sales, product, marketing, and the executive team.
  • 10+ years of progressive management experience, with an emphasis on leadership, and engaging global and local stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a leader in Product Marketing in a product-driven organisation
  • Experience leading integrated GTM motions that include sales, channel and services partners, strategic alliances, and technology ecosystems.
  • Experience in leading change; i.e. improving and creating new processes, changing ways of working, influencing cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
  • Uses data to measure results and inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • A pragmatic, 'get things done' mindset
