Kim McGuckian

Kim McGuckian, SHRM-CP, has an extensive work history in the field of human resources. Kim is currently a member of Chief, a professional network that supports women in leadership positions. Prior to this, they worked at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. from 2016, holding the positions of VP of HR Terrestrial & Wireless and Human Resources Director. In these roles, they directed all HR functions for the Enterprise Technologies division, including employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and talent management. Kim also ensured compliance with company and legal policies. Before joining Comtech, Kim worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. and as an HRIS Analyst at TeleCommuniation Systems Inc. Kim began their career at TeleCommunication Systems in 1994, starting as a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk and later transitioning to the role of Payroll Clerk. Kim McGuckian, SHRM-CP, earned an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Anne Arundel Community College, which they attended from 1994 to 1997.
