Greg Kincaid

Greg Kincaid is an experienced IT professional with a focus on remote support and system analysis. Currently serving as an Information Technology Remote Support System Analyst at Concentra since July 2021, Kincaid provides 2nd and 3rd tier IT support for over 50 locations in the Northeast US, overseeing IT management for acquisitions, denovos, and relocations. Prior to this role, Kincaid worked at Genesis HealthCare from December 2004 to June 2021 as a Sr. Field Desktop Support Analyst, responsible for comprehensive support and repair of desktop and network equipment. Kincaid's career began at Benfield Electric, where skills as an electrician were developed from March 1998 to December 2004. Kincaid graduated from Fallston High School with a focus on general studies.
