Brett Bowen is an accomplished executive chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Executive Chef at Concept Restaurants Inc since July 2018. Prior to this role, Brett held executive chef positions at Crabapple Tavern from March 2014 to June 2018, Cafe Vena from March 2013 to March 2014, and Happy Belly Curbside Kitchen from April 2012 to April 2013, where responsibilities included menu creation, staffing, and operational oversight. Additionally, Brett served as a consultant for Mix It Up Cocktails from November 2013 to May 2016 and as sous chef at Pure Taqueria Franchising USA, LLC and Aspens Signature Steaks earlier in the career. Brett graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2008.
