Tracy Spaight

Tracy Spaight has had a long and successful career in the gaming and tech industries. In 2021, they began their current role as Head of Gamification at Synesis One, where they are involved in game design, publishing, and gamification. In 2022, they designed, produced, and co-wrote Quantum Noesis, a playable graphic novel with unique word puzzles by legendary game designer Cliff Johnson. Prior to this, Tracy was Co-founder of SmartBIM Technologies, which later rebranded as Concora. Tracy was also Director of Special Projects at Wargaming, where they researched, evaluated, and implemented business strategies to drive history enthusiasts to Wargaming websites. Tracy also co-founded Speculum Mundi, a Delaware based Limited Liability Company, and was Executive Director of Publishing at K2 Network. Tracy has also held roles as Co-founder of Past4ward, President of Aurora Borealis Productions, Consultant at National Geographic, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at Rapid Reality, and History Instructor at St. John's School.

Tracy Spaight has a diverse education history. From 1989 to 1993, they attended Santa Clara University, graduating with a B.A. in History. Tracy then went on to Cornell University, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Science & Technology Studies from 1994 to 2000. In 1998 and 1999, they attended the University of Cambridge, studying History & Philosophy of Science. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Science in Digital Currency / Blockchain from the University of Nicosia from 2019 to 2021. Spaight has also completed several certifications, including a Crypto Currency Trader Certification from the Blockchain Council in February 2021, a Project Leadership certification from eCornell in March 2016, and several certifications from Google and the University of Michigan in 2021.
