Tom Elwell

Tom Elwell has extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Tom currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Concord Foods LLC since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sofresco from 2021 to 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Elwell worked at House-Autry Mills Inc., where they held the role of House-Autry Mills. Before that, they were the Sales Director - Retail at Griffith Foods from 2009 to 2016.

Elwell's career includes leadership positions at various companies. Tom served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Big Train, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. At Craft Brewers Alliance from 2006 to 2008, they held the role of Sr. Director, National Retail Sales. Additionally, they worked as the Director, National Accounts at Coca Cola/Odwalla, Inc. from 2004 to 2006.

Prior to that, Elwell was the Sr. Director of Sales at The Naked Juice Company from 2002 to 2004. Tom started their career at Nabisco, where they held roles such as National Account Executive from 2000 to 2002, Customer Business Manager from 1999 to 2000, and Customer Planning Manager from 1998 to 1999.

Before joining Nabisco, Elwell worked at Unilever HPC as a Customer Business Manager from 1996 to 1998 and as a Retail Sales Rep. from 1995 to 1996. Overall, Tom Elwell has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and leadership roles across multiple industries.

Tom Elwell attended Northfield High School from 1984 to 1988, where they studied Business. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1988 to 1993. During their time at the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
