Stephanie Rosse has an extensive work experience in the field of education and career development. Stephanie currently holds the position of Executive Director Co-operative Education Career and Work Integrated Learning at Conestoga College, where they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead Manager of Curriculum Development at the Government of Alberta from January 2021 to January 2022. From February 2018 to December 2021, Stephanie served as the Academic Director at Bredin College. Stephanie also gained experience as the Career Services Manager at Concordia University of Edmonton from February 2017 to February 2018 and as the Directeur des Opérations at Access Emploi Service from January 2017 to January 2018. Stephanie worked as the Program Leadership Coordinator at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from February 2016 to February 2017 and as the Work Integrated Learning Coordinator - Academic Quality Assurance at MacEwan University from January 2008 to January 2016. Their career began as a Faculty Lecturer and Head of the Experiential Learning Centre at the Mauritius Institute of Education, where they worked from January 1996 to February 2007.

Stephanie Rosse holds a Master of Education degree (MA. Ed) in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from the University of Brighton. Stephanie also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culture et Communication from Universite De Lyon II Lumiere. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Education degree (EdD) in Education from Athabasca University Faculty of Business, which is expected to be completed between 2021-2025. Additionally, in 2021, Stephanie completed a certification in Human Resources Management and Services from CPHR Alberta.
