Dr. Bridget Plitt

Dr. Bridget Plitt, DOL, is currently the Senior Vice President of Learning & Development at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS). Dr. Bridget has a strong background in educational program development and has worked in various leadership roles in organizations such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Force Oakum. Dr. Plitt holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Hood College and has a wealth of experience in instructional design, workforce planning, and educational program development. Dr. Bridget was also recognized with the Teaching Excellence Award for adjunct faculty at Hood College.
